The Moline addition plans have been submitted to the county for plan review. Chris Elsmore of LZ Construction should begin breaking ground in the coming days. This remodel + addition will include a total kitchen remodel and relocation, opening up the dining room to the living room, adding a master suite above the current two-car detached garage, plus the addition of an entry vestibule that connects the existing home with the garage via a smaller downstairs bedroom that will be converted to  a much needed home office for the couple and their son.

Future plans include the finishing of the basement to include a “teen scene” area as their son enters his middle school and high school time in the coming years.
