Kelci and Devin, both avid white water kayakers, purchased a one acre parcel close the world famous White Salmon river. Initially they purchased a tiny home and lived on site to save money and get to know their property. Once resources allowed, they sought guidance on a home design that would meet their lifestyles. Single level, small office, 3 bedrooms for a possible future family, covered outdoor space and a generous laundry room for drying their white water gear were all on the wish list. Plus keeping the square footage in check to meet their budget. The results are awesome.
